Jungle James Animal Adventures, LLC is devoted to creating enriching, eye opening experiences that transform beliefs and transcend barriers making our programs ideal for settings such as schools and other group venues. Not only do we put on a fantastic, engaging show, we strive to deliver age appropriate content and educational materials to round out our programs. We provide 3 specialized programs in 30, 45, and 60 minute formats. Below you will see an overview of our programs.

Bug Out

Insect/Diplopod/Arachnid Package 1

Jungle James defines what it means to be an insect by discussing the 3 main types of insects and their characteristics.

He brings the presentation to life using habitat displays, visual aids and live animals including:

• Pinned insects from around the world
• A modern day ant farm
• Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches
• Giant African Millipedes
• Emperor Scorpion

Reptile Package 1

Jungle James defines what it means to be a reptile by discussing their characteristics and highlighting key differences from other animals.

He brings the presentation to life using habitat displays, visual aids and live animals including:

• Bearded Dragon
• Blue Tongued Skink
• Corn Snake
• Ball Python
• Tortoise

Jungle Safari

Jungle Package 1

Jungle James visits continents across the world to discuss the role that insects, amphibians, and reptiles play in the animal kingdom.

He brings the presentation to life using habitat displays, visual aids and live animals including:

• Rhinoceros Beetle (Asia)
• Giant African Millipedes (Africa)
• Western Toads (North America)
• Bearded Dragon (Australia)
• Red Tailed Boa (South America)
  

Insect/Diplopod/Arachnid Package 2

Content from Package 1 plus:

• Jungle James directs a group exercise in which students imitate characteristics and mannerisms of insects. Students get on their feet as participants and observers, taking the learning of key concepts demonstrated in our presentation to a new level. This exercise is followed by a group discussion.
• Insect fact sheets will be provided to each student.

Reptile Package 2

Content from Package 1 plus:

• Jungle James directs a group exercise in which students imitate characteristics and mannerisms of reptiles. Students get on their feet as participants and observers, taking the learning of key concepts demonstrated in our presentation to a new level. This exercise is followed by a group discussion.
• Reptile fact sheets will be provided to each student.

Jungle Package 2

Content from Package 1 plus:

• Jungle James plots the location of each program animal on a map and incorporates a geography lesson involving climate, specialized diet, and adaptations necessary for animals to thrive in their native habitat.
• A Jungle fact sheet will be provided to each student.
